How is everybody's new year so far?

2013, has been amazing and challenging. The Lord has been so merciful to me and has been so faithful in teaching me and empowering me to serve Him and love Him more and more each day. This year would have been a terrible one if it weren't for God's grace, well every year, every moment would be miserable if God doesn't shower us with grace.

This year would be a year of new things for me, and a year of stepping out of comfort zones and trusting fully in God's plan & ways. I've had a good start of the year, and i can only pray and trust that God would hold all my days and make it beautiful according to His plans.

I've decided to spend more time with the Lord this 2013, i want  to read more of His word and serve more people through His love. I also wanted to take my art seriously and improve in this field of interest. As of this moment, i have four portraits pending that i would have to work on as soon as possible. Though i am not accepting any money yet from this i want to do it as best as i can and be faithful with what i have as of now. I'd probably put up an art blog where i'll be posting artworks and hopefully open an online shop where i can sell prints. May God continue to be with me as i venture to these things, i believe that God did not give me a talent and passion for art just to make my life interesting but He gave it for a purpose , a purpose to glorify Him and help me in ways i could not even imagine.

Aside from this, i also am more determined to be fit & healthy as i continue to grow into running & cycling. It's a good way to keep a young lady busy as i wait for the next school year. Though my plans about school aren't firm yet, i believe that in time God would show me what His plans are and that He would let His will prevail regarding this.

I am so excited for things to happen this year! I'd be attending a paramore concert this february and that is going to be exciting. I'm also trying to save up as much as i can to buy a new bike frame and a longboard hopefully by summer.

Wow, i have a lot to look forward to this year! May God guide me and you (readers) as we continue to progress in 2013! hooray!
